1. Returns

1.1. Product Returns
You may return unused, unopened products purchased through our website within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• Products must be in their original packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
• The products must not have been used, damaged, or altered.

1.2. Non-returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable. These include:

• Opened skincare or beauty products.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless faulty).

1.3. Service-related Returns
Unfortunately, fees paid for completed services, such as laser hair removal treatments, are non-refundable. However, if you have concerns regarding your treatment or service, please contact us, and we will do our best to address them.

2. Refunds

2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be provided for returned products that meet the above criteria.
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via your original payment method.

2.2. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be applicable for:

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Products returned after the 7-day return window.

3. Cancellation of Orders

3.1. Product Orders
You may cancel your order without penalty before the products are dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact us at darika25@gmail.com or 072 337 2544.

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns process once the product has been delivered.

3.2. Service Appointments
You may cancel or reschedule your laser hair removal appointment without penalty if you provide 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items).
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
