Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via your original payment method.

3.2. Service Appointments
You may cancel or reschedule your laser hair removal appointment without penalty if you provide 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund at no additional cost.
